I grow herbs without fertilizers or pesticides. I dry them in a dehydrator after washing them 3 times with water. I did prepare them right in my kitchen (where else would I wash 'em?), and my kitchen is not a commercial kitchen. Therefore, I cannot label them food safe and these herbs are not for consumption. Once dry, I weigh and package them. Each bag is slightly more than 0.25 lb oz. You can expect a great smelling, dried herb that is packaged neatly. I only post what is available, so that you can enjoy your dried herbs sooner.
